This is the 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 Yellow Jacket. For those who aren’t familiar with the Challenger’s colorful history, the Yellow Jacket is a yellow show car developed by Dodge in 1969 based on the 1970 model of the Challenger. Equipped with a 426 Hemi and the Scat Pack performance package, it is one of the more memorable special models in the original Dodge Challenger lineup. And with this new Yellow Jacket, Dodge pays salute to this legend.
The Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 Yellow Jacket did proper justice to the legend of the original Yellow Jacket, and is seemingly bound to create a legend of its own soon. To be produced in limited numbers, this car would be released in early 2012.
